YOUR VISIT

Our spa features a relaxation lounge, spa boutique, and spacious treatment rooms—all designed to create a retreat-like experience. We are delighted and grateful to welcome you.

SPA HOURS & RESERVATIONS

We are open 5 day per week with hours varying by season. Please refer to ‘locations and hours’ for our seasonal time schedules. Schedule your spa services online, 24/7 or by phone at 650-591-1498

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULES AND FORGOTTEN APPOINTMENTS

Our therapists set aside this time just for you. If your plans change, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less notice are charged 50% of the service fee. Missed appointments are charged in full, as the time cannot be scheduled once it has passed.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY

We guarantee your satisfaction with our products up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please let your therapist know when a product did not meet your expectations.

AT THE END OF YOUR VISIT…

We accept all major credit cards. Have a spa Gift Card? Gift Cards must be presented for redemption. They are not replaceable if lost or stolen, and may not be redeemed for cash.

GRATUITIES

Gratuities are not included in service prices or gift cards. They may be added to your credit card or left in cash using the envelopes at the front desk. Customary gratuity: 15–20% of services.

Guests will undress in the privacy of their designated treatment room.

AVANTGARD SPA 1151 Greenwood Avenue, San Carlos Ca. 94070. You may park in the rear of the building or use the 1-hour street parking on Greenwood Ave. Both buildings are conveniently located within walking distance of each other.

ADULT SERENITY

To maintain our peaceful spa environment, the facility is reserved for adults. No children under the age of 12 are allowed unless they are receiving services and accompanied by a parent or guardian. Massage services are provided to guests under the age of 18 when accompanied by a parent in the treatment room.​

GIVE, RECOGNIZE OR REWARD WITH SPA GIFT CARDS

The perfect gift for any occasion. Spa Gift cards are issued for Spa Dollars to be used toward services or merchandise. Gift cards are treated like cash, they are not replaceable if lost or stolen and may not be redeemed for cash. You can order your gift cards by phone or online here.

The AvantGard E-Gift Card is accepted for services at our Spa, Nail Salon, and boutique purchases in-store. It cannot be used for online transactions. The card has no expiration date, is non-refundable, and requires presentation of the digital number for redemption.
