Just returned from the ISPA conference held in Washington DC. This year it was extra special, we went to accept an award, the SpaFinder 2010 Top 10 Favorite Day Spa worldwide!
SpaFinders President Susie Ellis said: “there’s 80,000 spas worldwide and to win top ten in the favorite day spa category is a big deal, congratulations!”
This award is for our entire team-for their talents, dedication and passion. Touch heals and we do plenty of that daily.
A month ago when I was notified, I didn’t believe it- really? are you kidding? Our small spa town in San Carlos? You hear of big cities and big spas. I feel proud, I gave birth to this business 24 years ago, nurtured it, lived with it thru good times and bad-it’s part of me.
I love everything about the spa world, the healing, relaxing and beautifying services, the wonderful aromatic products, and the happy and relaxed faces of our guests when they leave. I have found my passion, It’s called Spaahh! I am grateful!
